The practice

A bureau methodology, not an agency funnel.

Each mandate is taken by a named caseworker who carries the file from first consultation through to ward induction. There are no recruiters in the middle. There are no placement fees levied on candidates. Ever.

I.

Mandate

We document your facility profile, ward specialisations and integration timeline through a structured intake.

II.

Curation

A shortlist of pre-screened, language-prepared clinicians is presented from our active European candidate pool.

III.

Recognition

Visa, diploma equivalence and licensing files are managed in-house with the destination regulatory authority.

IV.

Integration

Housing, banking, registration and ward orientation are coordinated through to the first ninety days on the job.

Mandate principles

Four commitments we hold to every file, without exception.

End-to-end caseworker

A single named professional handles your file from intake to integration. No handovers.

II.

Vetted EU institutions

Only hospitals and employers with fair contracts and structured ward onboarding enter our roster.

III.

Zero candidate fees

Our remuneration is paid entirely by partner institutions. No placement fee is ever levied on the candidate.

IV.

Is Europa Work free for candidates?+

Yes — always. Our service is funded by the institutions we partner with. Candidates are never invoiced for placement, recognition or relocation work.

How long does the full process take?+

Most clinicians relocate within six to twelve months. Pace is driven by destination jurisdiction, language acquisition and regulatory recognition timelines.

Which jurisdictions do you place into?+

We operate across twelve EU member states with established institutional partners in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Belgium, Finland and the Nordics.

Do I need a language before I apply?+

No. The majority of our candidates begin from zero. Our academy delivers you to the level the destination regulator requires.

What about my family?+

Almost every contract we place permits family reunification after a brief qualifying period. We coordinate the dependants' route from the outset.
